Vision & Values

What we believe, and why it matters.

Our vision and values guide every decision we make, from the environments we create to the way we care for each child and family.

Our Vision

Calm, connected and inspiring early learning.

To create calm, connected and inspiring early learning environments where children feel safe, capable, valued and free to grow naturally.

We strive to build a community where children, families and educators feel a genuine sense of belonging and connection.

Our Values

Seven principles that shape every day.

Connection

Strong relationships are at the heart of everything we do. We value meaningful partnerships with children, families, educators and our wider community.

Belonging

Every child deserves to feel safe, accepted and celebrated for exactly who they are.

Curiosity

We nurture children's natural sense of wonder through play, exploration, creativity and inquiry-based learning.

Respect

We respect childhood, individuality, diversity and the unique journey of every family and child in our care.

Nature

We believe children thrive when they feel connected to the natural world through outdoor experiences, exploration and sensory learning.

Growth

We support children to build confidence, resilience, independence and a lifelong love of learning.

Compassion

We lead with kindness, empathy and understanding in every interaction and relationship.

Good to know

Questions families ask

What curriculum do you follow?

We follow the Early Years Learning Framework and the Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guideline, delivered through play based, child led learning with intentional teaching from our educators.

Is Natural Elements Eagleby family owned?

Yes. Natural Elements Eagleby is independently owned and operated by Kelly and Brent, who are parents themselves. Decisions about children, families and educators are made close to the community we serve rather than by a corporate head office.

How will I know what my child has done during the day?

Families receive updates, photos and observations through KindyHub, our secure parent communication app, throughout the day, so you can see how your child slept, ate and spent their time. Educators are also available at drop off and pick up for a proper conversation about how your child is going.
