What is it like to work at Natural Elements Eagleby?
We are family owned, so you talk to the people who make the decisions. Educators get paid planning time, ongoing professional development, support to upgrade qualifications, and a team that stays, which matters as much for children as it does for the adults.
What qualifications do your educators hold?
Our team holds Certificate III, Diploma and Bachelor level early childhood qualifications, and our kindergarten program is led by a university qualified early childhood teacher. Every educator holds a current Blue Card plus first aid, CPR, asthma and anaphylaxis training.
Do you take students and trainees?
Yes. We regularly host Certificate III and Diploma students on placement and support trainees through their qualification. Send your details through the careers form and we will be in touch.
