We care for children from six weeks of age through to school age, and we also run before and after school care plus vacation care for school aged children.

Availability changes by age group and by day of the week. Nursery places and popular days such as Monday to Wednesday tend to fill first, so most families enquire three to six months ahead. Submit an enrolment enquiry and we will tell you exactly what is available for the days you need.

From January 2026 the Australian Government's 3 Day Guarantee gives every eligible family at least 72 subsidised hours of care per fortnight, which is roughly three days a week, without needing to meet the old activity test. Families who previously received little or no subsidy may now be entitled to it, and you do not need to submit a new application for it to apply.

Claim through your myGov account linked to Centrelink. You will need your child's birth certificate details, your income estimate and immunisation records. Once your claim is approved, tell us your CRN and your subsidy is applied straight to your account so you only pay the gap.

Very little. Bring a hat, a spare set of clothes and a comfort item if your child uses one. Meals, nappies, wipes and sunscreen are all included in your fees.

We start with orientation visits so your child can explore the room with you nearby. Each child has a key educator who learns their routine, and we keep you updated with photos and notes through the day. Short goodbyes with a clear routine help most children settle within the first week or two.

We staff to the ratios set by the National Quality Framework in Queensland: one educator to four children under 24 months, one to five for children aged 24 to 36 months, and one to eleven for children over 36 months. Yes. Rest time follows each child's own rhythm rather than a fixed clock, especially in the nursery. Children who no longer sleep enjoy quiet experiences such as reading, drawing and play dough.

Children who are unwell or have an infectious illness need to stay home until they are well, in line with Queensland Health exclusion guidelines. We can administer medication with written authorisation from a parent and the original labelled packaging.

Yes. Our Kindergarten program is a Queensland Government approved kindy program delivered by university qualified early childhood teachers, and eligible families can access Free Kindy funding.

Yes. Our chef caters for allergies, intolerances, cultural and religious requirements and vegetarian diets. We work with you on a documented plan for any medically diagnosed allergy, including anaphylaxis risk management.

Access is controlled by a secure entry system, all visitors are signed in, and the playground is fully fenced. All educators hold current Blue Cards, first aid, CPR, asthma and anaphylaxis training.

Families receive updates, photos and observations through KindyHub, our secure parent communication app, throughout the day, so you can see how your child slept, ate and spent their time. Educators are also available at drop off and pick up for a proper conversation about how your child is going.
