Empowering growth through nurture.
At Natural Elements Eagleby, we are dedicated to delivering a comprehensive, high-quality and affordable educational service to our local community.

Our aim is to provide a nurturing, safe and healthy environment for the children in our care. We recognise and celebrate the unique needs and talents of each child, and we achieve this through the employment of caring and qualified educators.
We strive to create a warm and welcoming, home-like atmosphere that promotes a realistic and natural environment. Our focus is on enhancing real-life experiences and learning through the use of natural materials.
We celebrate the uniqueness of every child and the special qualities they bring to our campus.
Our educators create a warm, supportive and caring environment where children can develop socially, cognitively, emotionally, physically and morally. We believe in nurturing the whole child, supporting their needs, and fostering their growth and development.

Guided by the Early Years Learning Framework.
We implement the Early Years Learning Framework, Belonging, Being and Becoming, which helps children develop their social, emotional and cognitive skills. For school-age children we follow My Time, Our Place.
Our Queensland Government approved Free Kindergarten program is led by a Bachelor-qualified early childhood teacher following the Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guideline, giving your child the best possible start to school.

Every child, every family, equally valued.
We acknowledge and appreciate each child's unique qualities and the importance of each family's contribution to our community. In doing so, we aim to foster a positive self-concept and attitude towards learning and play.
Our team strongly believes in promoting understanding, appreciation and respect for the social and cultural diversity within our community. We strive to ensure that every child, regardless of socio-economic background, ethnicity, gender, race or physical ability, receives equal opportunities and support to learn and grow.
We are dedicated to promoting the values of diversity, environmental awareness, sustainable practices and overall wellbeing, including healthy eating habits and physical health.
A true partnership with families.
Together we take the time to build the individual foundations of education and care for every child's future. The role of families, our team and the broader community is vital in providing equitable care, and we value and encourage your input into our programs, policies and decision-making.
As educators, our role is to extend your child's home experiences, so a close partnership with parents is essential. We work hard to keep you involved and informed, because the strongest outcomes for children happen when home and care work together.
We are proud of our close relationship with the Eagleby community and the important role it plays in the lives of the children on our campus.
Questions families ask
What curriculum do you follow?
We follow the Early Years Learning Framework and the Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guideline, delivered through play based, child led learning with intentional teaching from our educators.
How do you help a child settle in?
We start with orientation visits so your child can explore the room with you nearby. Each child has a key educator who learns their routine, and we keep you updated with photos and notes through the day. Short goodbyes with a clear routine help, and we work at your child's pace rather than to a set timeframe.
Do children still nap or rest?
Yes. Rest time follows each child's own rhythm rather than a fixed clock, especially in the nursery. Children who no longer sleep enjoy quiet experiences such as reading, drawing and play dough.
What extra programs are included?
Bush Kinder, yoga, sports, dance, music and movement, a gardening program and a First Nations cultural program are included at no extra cost. Swimming lessons are provided free of charge for children in our kindergarten program. Ask us which experiences apply to your child's age group and days.
