Built by parents, for the families of Eagleby.
Natural Elements is owned and run by Kelly and Brent. Their daughter Sloane is the reason it looks the way it does, because every decision starts with the question they ask about her: would we send our own child here?

One family, one community
Brent has spent nearly twenty years in early learning. He previously owned a boutique group of centres and sits on the Management Committee of Australian Childcare Alliance Queensland, the state's peak body for early childhood education and care. Kelly brings the parent's eye, the questions you ask when it is your own child walking through the door.
Family ownership is not a marketing line here. The people making decisions about your child's classroom are the same people you can stop and talk to at pick up.
“We can't wait to meet you and be part of your child's growth and development.”
A centre that belongs to Eagleby
Growing up here should mean something. Our campus on River Hills Road has been designed to feel less like an institution and more like a beautiful, lived-in home for the families of Eagleby, Beenleigh, Mount Warren Park, Bethania and Waterford.
So we built the program around nature. Four oversized learning studios open onto gardens, a mud kitchen, timber walkways and an adventure playground, and the children get out into it every single day. They learn to care for the world by doing it, not by being told about it.

We look after the educators who look after your child
Early childhood has a retention problem, and children pay for it in goodbyes. We take the opposite approach: invest in our educators, support their study, keep the team stable and treat the job as a career.
That is why families notice the same faces year after year, and why children settle the way they do.
Meet the team →The best way to know is to walk through the door.
Tours run during the day so you can see the studios as they really are, busy, calm, noisy, happy. Bring your child. Ask us anything.
Questions families ask
Is Natural Elements Eagleby family owned?
Yes. Natural Elements Eagleby is independently owned and operated by Kelly and Brent, who are parents themselves. Decisions about children, families and educators are made close to the community we serve rather than by a corporate head office.
What qualifications do your educators hold?
Our team holds Certificate III, Diploma and Bachelor level early childhood qualifications, and our kindergarten program is led by a university qualified early childhood teacher. Every educator holds a current Blue Card plus first aid, CPR, asthma and anaphylaxis training.
Can I book a tour before enrolling?
Yes, and we recommend it. Tours run during centre hours and take about 30 minutes with one of our team. You will see every studio, meet educators and walk the adventure playground. Book a tour online or call (07) 3807 4966.
