Food & Nutrition

Real food, prepared onsite, every single day.

Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea are all supplied and included as part of your normal fees, so there are no lunchboxes to pack.

Real food, prepared onsite, every single day.

We pride ourselves on providing children with good whole-food nutrition prepared onsite daily. Parents can still supply a drink bottle, and milk or formula will need to be supplied for our littlest ones.

If you have a recipe your child loves, we'd be more than happy to prepare it where we can. Individual dietary needs, allergies and cultural requirements are always catered for.

Our Daily Rhythm

How the day unfolds.

Breakfast at home

Children generally eat breakfast before they arrive. If you are dropping off early, you are welcome to bring something healthy along, such as cereal, toast or yoghurt.

Morning tea

Prepared onsite and served progressively, so children can eat when they are hungry rather than all at once on a whistle.

Lunch

A hot, whole-food lunch cooked onsite that morning and served across the studios, with menus designed around children's nutritional needs.

Rest and quiet time

Children are supported to rest or sleep according to their own rhythm. Quiet activities like books, drawing and play-dough are set up for children as they wake, and for those who no longer sleep.

Afternoon tea

A nourishing afternoon spread to carry children through the rest of their day.

Late snacks

Offered to any child still with us in the late afternoon, so nobody goes home hungry.

Families Welcome

Our door is genuinely open.

Families are welcome in the centre. If your child has a favourite recipe from home, tell us and we will do our best to put it on the menu. If you would like to see the current menu or talk through an allergy or cultural requirement, just ask us.

Good to know

Food questions families ask

Are meals included and who prepares them?

Our in house chef prepares fresh morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea on site every day. It is all included in your daily fee.

Can you cater for allergies and dietary needs?

Yes. Our chef caters for allergies, intolerances, cultural and religious requirements and vegetarian diets. We work with you on a documented plan for any medically diagnosed allergy, including anaphylaxis risk management.

What do I need to pack each day?

Very little. Bring a hat, a spare set of clothes and a comfort item if your child uses one. Meals, nappies, wipes and sunscreen are all included in your fees.
